Now we are five.

On 3/8/2005, our family grew to five. Erik Julio was born in the Glens Falls Hospital, upstate New York, at 7:04 AM, in the middle of a snowstorm. He weighed 5 lbs. 1 oz., 19.5 inches long. He eats like his daddy and sleeps like his mommy.

(Alejandra y Aleida: Sabemos que están con nosotros. Ahora hay en este hogar un corazón más que las ama todo.)

Kripalu

At the end of February, we spent a few days in Kripalu -- a granola green, massage, yoga, meditation, and retreat center in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. Mary went snowshoeing in the mornings, while I stayed cozy taking whirlpool baths and reading a math book. We ate healthy food -- only to end the trip eating sweet chocolates and comfort food in Lenox, Mass. Oh well, we tried...
